Frequently Asked Questions
What is the compatible mortiser lock?
Standardly we offer the 5050 mortise, but it is also compatible with XX85 (45/50/60/70 etc.) and 5572 / 6072 series.
Can I remote control the lock for rental properties?
Yes. We recommend the TTlock APP version for management. You can generate periodic codes for renters or add a TTlock Gateway for full remote Wi-Fi control.
Does this lock have emergency unlocking options?
Yes, it includes 2 mechanical backup keys. Additionally, there is a USB Type-C interface to connect a power bank if the batteries fail.
Is the smart lock waterproof for outdoor use?
It can handle minor water splashes with the included silicone mat, but it is not fully waterproof and not recommended for fully exposed outdoor environments.
What happens when the battery is low?
The APP will provide a low battery notification. If the power runs out completely, you can use the Type-C emergency power port or the physical key.
How many users can I register on the lock?
The lock supports up to 100 fingerprints, 100 passwords, and 100 M1 cards. APP-generated passwords are unlimited.
