The system offers a high level of security and flexible integration into industrial applications. It features a separately locked safety switch as standard, three M20 x 1.5 cable entries in a metal housing with protection class IP67, as well as an operating mode D with actuator locking in case of power failure.

The system includes a VF KEYF21 corner actuator. As an alternative to SURLOCK, safety locking systems from other manufacturers such as Siemens, Pilz, Sick, Euchner, and other common switching systems can be offered and directly integrated into safety doors or custom solutions.
